Beast Wars Transformer Inferno Ant Leg/Missle

This is a toy component from Hasbro's 1996 Beast Wars line. The Predacon transformer was named Inferno and this part was both one of his hind ant legs and also functioned as a missile. I was missing one of the two leg/missile from my Hasbro Inferno toy from childhood so I thought I'd 3D model and print a replacement. The original design credit goes to Hasbro. How I Designed This I created this model using SolidWorks 2015. I took orthographic pictures (max zoom to minimize perspective) and imported them as references using "Sketch Picture" function. Also used a caliper to measure precisely. This part was modeled after a physical object, with original design credits belonging to Hasbro. SolidWorks Model Bottom is original and the top is printed from 3D model. (Solutech Apple Green PLA)
