The bearings are constructed from 6mm BB bullets. I measured the diameter of the BB bullet with a caliper and it was approximately 5.9mm. https://github.com/takeru/BBBallBearingGenerator I set the size of each component using this generator and generated it with Fusion360. DBB=6.0 is too tight. DBB=6.5 is too loose, When DBB=6.2, there's a slight rattle, but it rotates freely. When DBB=6.1, there's no rattle, but it's slightly difficult to turn. DBB=6.1 or 6.2 appears to be just right.
