I'm a big fan of remixing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2809118, it's been my go-to MK3/MK3S accessory so far! You'll need to print two "frame" pieces and two "roller" pieces. Upgrading my MK3 to the Bear frame was a game-changer, and I completely overhauled the mounting clips for better snap-in action with the extrusion frame. It's rock-solid now, and it even handles 3kg spools without breaking a sweat! This thing needs four 608Z (8x22x7 mm) bearings to keep everything running smoothly. I print with 4 or 5 perimeters and extra infill using PETG for added rigidity; feel free to tweak those settings to your liking, but I wouldn't recommend fewer than 3 perimeters.
