Bearing Spinners Galore
myminifactory
These designs were created some time ago and have been used successfully for months, they're great options. Two versions were designed, one is significantly longer with indents added to make them stand out, and a smaller/smoothier design was also created. STL files are available for both designs in various configurations (2 bearings 3 ends, 3 bearings 4 ends, 4 bearings 5 ends, and 5 bearings 6 ends). These designs can be accessed here using Onshape if you want to make any adjustments: https://goo.gl/MemFro These designs are tailored for standard-sized skateboard bearings - 608ZZ. The universal measurements for these bearings are 8mm (core/inner diameter), 22mm (outer diameter), and 7mm (width). They can be purchased at a low cost online, or from your local bearing supplier, 3D Printer maintenance shop, etc. After experimenting with some spare 608ZZ bearings I had from a 3D Printer build, I bought some good quality "Cheapshots" skateboard bearings from my local Surf/Skate shop. The holes for bearings were designed to fit snugly. I have printed them on my Cocoon Create (Wanhao i3 duplicator) and my custom-built "Dwarf" printer similar to a Trinus. Due to backlash issues on printers, specific tolerances were set to suit my printers. If your bearings don't fit securely with these tolerances, feel free to open the file in Onshape and adjust the inner circle dimension in "Sketch 1". By changing this dimension by 0.1mm increments, you'll eventually find a size that works for your printer.
