A tool to simplify the process of inserting Igus bearings into tight-fitting bearing housings is provided by a bearing press. Insert the bearings as far as possible into the housing, place it in the press, and turn the crank to secure them in position. This bearing press was specifically designed for RJ4JP-01-08 bearings but can also be used with RJMP-01-08 bearings. The M16 bolt used is substantial but delivers good results due to its strength. To assemble this tool, you will need: 1x M16 x 100mm Bolt 1x M16 Nut Print the body with the nut trap facing upwards and the die with the smaller side downwards. Printing in PETG material is recommended; however, I do not know how other materials will perform.
