This is a 10mm bearing pin PLA Printable for MK7 Type Extruder - Heavy Duty Extruder_v2.4.stl http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:27284, original author lacked access to one, using metal wasn't so bad but hopefully it'll help someone in a pinch now. Bearing I'm currently using 10x7x19mm units. Instructions are as follows: Printing is straightforward, taking about 12 minutes, no need to get fancy with this design - simply keep your infill at 60% and you're golden. One hint: if you have a vice available, slide the head into it for added ease but whatever you do, avoid hammering it home.
