Design a 608 skateboard ball bearing-accepting mount for an 8mm lead screw or guide rod using this simple blueprint. This DIY CNC mill table features a Gen 3 MakerBot/RepRap motherboard and stepper driver cards. The object comes with two mounting holes for 3mm or 4mm bolts, and printing it without a heated build platform works well. For the infill density in SkeinForge FILL menu, set it at 0.3. After printing, scrape excess plastic from the bearing opening, press fit the ball bearing, and optionally use superglue for a tight seal. Adjusting mounting hole sizes may be necessary, and sanding with 220A grit can improve appearance. Use flat washers or cap-headed bolts to ensure proper mounting without stress on the holes.
