Bearing-less Xbox One Controller Mini Wheel 100% 3D Printed
thingiverse
All credit goes to pixel2 for this fantastic design. In pixel2's original design, a bearing was necessary to make the mini wheel functional. This new model replaces that bearing with a half-screw, half-axis of rotation mechanism, allowing the steering wheel to rotate freely while keeping it firmly in place. The gap between the screw mechanism and the wheel itself is just right, enabling the wheel to spin smoothly on its axis. Every part, except for the frame and the steering wheel, remains identical to the original models. Printing should be done without supports, except for the frame, which needs them. This design is specifically made for modern Xbox one controllers. For build instructions and controller specifics, check pixel2's product page on Thingiverse.
