Bearing | Kugellager 30,5x10x10mm with Kal. 4,5mm bb stellballs

After some trys to print a few different models of pip bearings I decided to give my 4,5mm steelballs from my softair a second sense in life :-) the balls have an actual size of 4.4 mm!! The bearing is not a normed one, because the balls are to big for a 608 or a 6000z. it won`t be stable with thinner walls and not practicle to put it together, After 4 prototypes the 5th finally had to be finetuned for 0,1mm here and there. But now finally it works well for me. I have printed it on my Anycubic Kobra Max, For printing it I used Filament from Sunlu, PETG in 1,75. The print is made with 20mm/s, 80°C Heatbed and 220°C on the heatblock. Sliced with cura. The print of one set for the bearings took about 30 minutes printing time. I used NO BRIM! If you have to because aof addhesion on your printbed think about to use better adhesiv spray...The first 2 layers I printed by 75% printspeed, to be sure, that everything will work well. Cooling fan runs on 25%. No Supports or anything else needed. Be sure, that the outer pieces both lay flat on the bed, if not you have to change the direction 180 degrees. If you use another printer and filament you have to proof the fitting and accuracy , because every material changes dimensions his own way. Here you may have to readjust inside the slicer again. For putting the balls in place I createtd a little tool, which will save you a lot of time an patience XD Hope you can use them for some of your printing projects.
