I whipped up a simple bearing holder to modify my Harbor Freight rock tumbler, specifically designed to replace the tiny plastic guide that's causing a problem. This guide is wearing down fast after only one week due to constant friction with the frame, so I need something more durable. The new holder will mount directly onto the frame using 3mm bolts, which means I'll have to drill some holes first. It also features an inner bushing that fits snugly into the center of the bearing and can be secured with a 3mm x 15mm nut and bolt.
