I acquired a set of long reach non-ferrous deburring tools from Summit PN: SUM-900630 (1/4" shaft) several years ago to modify an intake manifold. I was tempted to shorten them for shorter cylinder head hand porting use but decided to design a barrel-style support handle instead. It employs 2 press-in bearings and will slip over each carbide deburr, allowing for improved control. I utilized 35% triangular infill and they are performing fantastically.
