This is a replacement for the front section of Elk's bolt hobber. First, print both the dremel holder and the bolt hobber by Elk. Remove the front part and insert this one instead, adjusting its angle. Secure with an M8 bolt and washers. To hob, use a rag to control spinning speed while gradually adjusting the angle; consider flipping the bearing for optimal results.
