This 51.5mm-outer-diameter bearing fits OrbiTech's reels and can create frictionless spindles from 8mm bolts, such as those from Rapman's stock spindle. The model images showcase PLA mixes by the same company. Printing takes less than ten minutes with minimal cleanup using only pliers and cutters; Skeinforge support at 20% density is recommended. Both PLA (orbear2.bfb) and ABS (orbear2abs.bfb) files are available for use on a Rapman 3D printer.
