I have studied feedback that could assist in choosing which variant to print. The tight variant functions effectively for the stock steel bearings, while the oversize variant excels for plastic bushings such as the IGUS bushings. These blocks are designed to replace the standard aluminum bearing blocks found on some printers to reduce weight. The blocks with a low flange on one side are intended for the Wanhao Duplicator i3 X-axis. They are crafted to prevent the belt from rubbing against the block, a common issue with the stock aluminum blocks. The oversize blocks have a slightly larger bearing hole diameter, making it easier to install bearings if you do not possess a press.
