This is a custom-designed block replacement for the standard aluminum block in Wanhao D3 printers. It provides ample clearance for the X-axis belt and is significantly lighter than its stock counterpart. You can utilize the original bearing with this new design, along with the stock ring clip to secure it firmly in place. Additionally, you will need one M4 nut per screw hole that you plan to use. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: Irrelevant Resolution: A setting of 0.2 works perfectly well. Infill: It is highly recommended to set the infill percentage at 80%.
