Much plain bearings misjudged or do not run clean on the guides. This is due to the fact that in manufacturing always certain tolerances cannot be completely eliminated. As a result, the waves are never precisely parallel. The solution is a precision floating bearing that can perfectly compensate for these tolerances. My design includes two TPU rings that enable automatic alignment of the bearing, ensuring optimal performance and smooth operation.
