These retain the same M3 screws as before, but substitute one M2x8 mm screw for the smaller bearing. My Prusa is now operating smoothly, quietly and completely slop-free using these bearings. A 4mm shaft bearing block that yields super smooth motion, minimal friction, and no slop. These bearings deliver exceptionally light moving parts with precision accuracy. You can directly replace three LM8UU bearing blocks with just three of these new ones, although they add an extra 4mm in height compared to the standard aluminum bearing blocks – this typically isn't a problem. Remember to mirror your slicer settings to orient the bearing correctly if needed. I often pair two opposing bearings on one shaft for optimal aesthetics.
