Bear Upgrade Z Endstop Mount & Screw Adapter

Bear Upgrade Z Endstop Mount & Screw Adapter

I had an i3 mk2-ish clone that needed upgrading to a Full Bear MK2 / MK3. The usual way of installing endstops on the Z axis didn't apply to either the MK2 or MK3, so I required something that would allow me to use both bear and prusa parts without modifying those parts directly. The endstop mount might look overkill, but previous minimalist ones kept loosening up. I've included two versions, one for the X Motor from the MK2 version and one for the X Motor Bear Upgrade version (still untested). Each comes with its corresponding endstop mount for the Z Motor mounts, which are different due to varying distances between Smooth Rods and X Motor screws, requiring matching for correct screw clicking. Two small M3 screws (M3x6 to M3x8) with M3 nuts are needed to attach the endstop, although zipties can work albeit less rigidly. All models should print-as-is when imported as they were designed without supports and in a specific orientation for added strength.
