TRAP! by idea_beans is one of my go-to prints. Mechanical marvels have always fascinated me, and this model does not disappoint. It prints flawlessly, assembles with minimal tweaking, and performs wonderfully while exuding an air of sophistication. My only criticism mirrors that of other reviewers - the left jaw refused to lie flat when set. Although this imperfection didn't compromise the trap's functionality, it did detract from its aesthetic appeal. Undeterred, I devised a straightforward solution. Since editing the STL file was not feasible, I opted to recreate the jaws from scratch, which resulted in some minor deviations from the original design. However, the primary modification involved incorporating a subtle notch and hook on each end, allowing the right jaw to securely lock into place on the left jaw, thereby ensuring it remains flat when set.
