24/03/2019 - Made a crucial change to the spool axis hole, ensuring that there is no possibility of friction with the screw. 17/03/2019 02.53 - For users printing at high temperatures and in enclosures, it's highly recommended to print all parts using PETG. Additionally, the guide holder should be printed with supports. I also replaced the filament guide, which I believe is the final version. This new guide fits spools of various sizes, including those with diameters ranging from 250 grams to 1 kilogram and different widths. 15/03/2019 02:55 - I made significant changes, adding clearances to allow printing at top height without the extruder touching the guide or brackets. I tested multiple guides before posting this one. Furthermore, I added washers to the axis to enable smoother rotation. I'm leaving it in editing mode for a while to gather more feedback and test it further. 09/03/2019 20:57 - Added the Filament Guide feature. Simply place it in the v-slot and put the spool holder on top of it. 03/03/2019 23:22 - Made a small adjustment to the front axis position. To assemble this holder, you'll need: 4x 608zz ball bearings 2x M8x130 (or longer) screws 2x M8 hex nuts The dimensions of this holder are: 30mm diameter, with a maximum spool width of 87mm and an overall axis length of 100mm.
