Bear Full MK3 Z-Top Modification For Reverse Bowden
thingiverse
This is a custom bowden add-on for pekcitron's Bear full upgrade MK3. I reworked it from the original step file, specifically designed to replace the right Z-top holder. The fitting requires PC4-M10, although the thread description says M10, it actually uses a conical R1/8" with 28 threads per inch. For more details and compatibility information, please refer to the source files. This add-on is best used in conjunction with an extruder top cap adapter. I'd like to extend my gratitude to pekcitron and ctilley79 for their outstanding work on this project. UPDATE: After using this bowden add-on, I encountered a problem where a blob formed at the end of the filament, preventing it from being pulled out of the extruder. When I tried pulling hard on the filament, the PTFE tube was pulled through the passthrough fitting. To address this issue, I designed an alternative tab that includes a PTFE tube stop. To install the new tab, you'll need to drill off the existing hole. The hole is designed with multiple layers for easy printing of the fitting hole.
