I didn't have the required shaft for the idler bearing, so I reconfigured the door to utilize a M5x16mm cap head bolt that was readily available. It functioned flawlessly, except I had to carefully file the corner of the inexpensive M3NS square nut in order to achieve proper clearance for the 625 bearing. Use the same print settings as before - 0.2mm layer height and three shells at 20% infill with PETG material.
