The stencil's thickness exceeds what's required. Adjust the Z layer in Cura or its equivalent to achieve the desired thickness. A .6mm thickness proves optimal for flexible stencils, with PLA exhibiting exceptional results. I've included a revised version that minimizes plastic usage, but it's not the preferred choice if you're using an airbrush or spray can due to overspray issues.
