Bear 1.0 Z stop 1mm higher

The problem with Bear and Z end stops is that it's impossible to get them at the same height, no issue with the original MK3S frame or Zaribo. The new Z end stops are missing 1mm to align perfectly with the frame end, so everyone will have the same issue I do unless they check the bed level. I've partially fixed the issue by raising the Z end stop 1mm to match the Z beam end. It's still far from perfect, but now my left and right Z stops are more or less at the same height. To get both sides working, you have to mirror the part, which makes this the correct Z stop for the right side.
