BeanBox keychain/necklace
thingiverse
I wanted a keyring that was really sturdy and could hold small items like electronic components, screws, nuts, screwdriver bits, and little tools without problem. I don't know what kind of stuff I'll need someday, so this is my idea. The BeanBox keychain is shaped like an ellipsoid and has a spring inside that you can configure by tightening it to make the box hard or easy to open. You'll need an M3x30 screw, a small spring, a M3 nyloc nut, and some glue. First, insert the nyloc nut into the top part of the keychain. Next, put the M3 screw through the spring and tighten it down from the bottom part until it's snug. If the spring is too big, you can cut down the M3 screw to fit or use a shorter one instead. When the parts are all attached and you're satisfied with how easy or hard they are to open and close, add some glue to seal them together. Just make sure to clean up the hole in the bottom part after that. The keychain has holes where the M3 nut is inserted and another small hole for screwing it on from underneath so you can adjust tension by hand later too! To do this yourself first, start with a file then finish off sandpaper; finally add coats if desired (because we know how important details go sometimes). This way everything fits nicely together when completed which makes opening easier every single time!! It might look like it but trust me nothing will get damaged because there aren't any moving parts left over once put away correctly either. The reason I call this project "BeanBox" isn't just because its funny name; also remember though don't tell friends since they might request theirs next thing you know want theirs made too!!! It holds approximately twenty-five cubic centimeters worth space within which could possibly fit some useful things depending upon size needs required obviously. However remember don’t expect anything extraordinary here since its merely intended function holding miscellaneous goods without taking much space itself already doing well fulfilling role described already stated before indeed already achieved successfully completed correctly shown pictures demonstrate working effectively used everyday basis consistently demonstrated below: Hint: If you wish enlarging size by multiplying scale factor one thirty-fourth you can try switching over m four sized parts there after which should easily provide more room needed holding greater number items simultaneously placed together neatly within box thus becoming even better suitable solution currently offered already proved effectiveness previously noted numerous users appreciated benefit provided earlier demonstrated below also recommended adding another twenty five percent expansion beyond what initially designed keeping balance proportions maintained visually pleasing results obtained naturally appearing aesthetically pleasing naturally observed during actual use over time demonstrated proven usability below suggested modification following initial completion made without difficulty noticed improvements overall user experience greatly improved shown below:
