Bean Hopper for Melitta Bean to Cup Machines

Melitta bean to cup coffee makers are slim - this is a selling point - but it means that the full charge of beans only lasts a few days in a coffee loving house. I designed an extension or hopper for the bean fill compartment so that I could load 250 g of beans at a time. The transparrent Melitta lid fits snugly onto the top of the hopper. So that the beans would not grow stale in households that use coffee relatively slowly, I also designed an internal lid to sit on the beans and drop down as the beans are used but I no longer bother with this myself. I used OpenSCAD to design the hopper, the file is included in case someone wants to vary the design height for more beans or less. The design fits the Purista, the Caffeo Solo & Perfect Milk and the Caffeo Solo.
