Beam Pump Mechanism | Sucker Rod Pumping | Solidworks

This is my other work on Solidworks describing the simple mechanism of the beam pump or sucker rod mechanism. This mechanical mechanism is an artificial lift pumping system using a surface power source to drive a downhole pump assembly. A beam and crank assembly creates reciprocating motion in a sucker-rod string that connects to the downhole pump assembly. The pump contains a plunger and valve assembly to convert the reciprocating motion to vertical fluid movement. A beam pump is an artificial-lift pumping system that uses a type of reciprocating pump to extract oil from an inland well. Please support us by subscribing to the channel and sharing and liking the video.
