This name tag was customized from Thingiverse's design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:167866) using their Customizer app. It's for another one of my judges and features the text: "Mary Beam" on line 1, "Judge" on line 2, and "GCAC June 2014" on line 3. The build plate selector is 3, with a text size of 6. The name tag has a height of 40mm, width of 65mm, an intended depth of 3mm, and the plate depth is also 3mm.
