This may require support material, but the end result is well worth the effort. Next, insert two M3 hex screws into the ring to provide a stable foundation for the mount. Securely attach the ring to the K40 laser hole using glue or double-sided tape. Carefully check where the CO2 beam exits the hole by directing some paper in its path. Print the remaining components of the Beam Combiner Mount, which may also require support material for optimal structure integrity. Insert the Beam Combiner Optic into the main component and secure it with two M2 screws and large washers to prevent movement during operation. Install four M2 nuts into the main component to provide additional stability. Attach the side plate using glue or double-sided tape, ensuring a snug fit over the M2 nuts. Insert the red dot laser into its designated hole and mount it securely using four M2 screws and springs. Carefully adjust the position of the Beam Combiner Mount on the ring until the CO2 beam exits in the center of the optic. Apply thermal paper to mirror 2, fire your laser, and use the four M2 screws to fine-tune the red dot's alignment.
