BeagleBone Black and Replicape Box

This case for BeagleBone Black and Replicape is a bit taller to accommodate an extra stacking header between the BBB and the Replicape. Unique features include: * A mount point for a 50mm blower, aimed at blowing air between the BBB and Replicape to cool off any installed heat sinks for the stepper drivers. The mount was borrowed from the extruder mount for the Hypercube Evolution. * Cut-outs allow a MicroSD extender and a 90 degree USB host extender to exit the case * Mounting holes for the BeagleBone are sized for threaded brass inserts that will be glued into place. This is still a work in progress, but I hope I'm almost finished. The V2 file includes a mount location for an USB panel-mount receptacle instead of the huge slot. The part number is MUSB-A511-00-ND from Digi-Key. The V3 file removes the threaded inserts, replacing them with press fit nuts on the bottom. I prefer this solution to the threaded inserts.
