Beagalope Pose 2 of 2: Beagalope Rampant A mutant beagle miniature with horns and hooves for 28mm games. Pre-supported and unsupported files included. Also includes a simple printable figure base. Beagalopes are a strange genetic modification designed to create a superior hunting companion. Not only do they have terrific senses, but they are also highly intelligent and take direction well. Perhaps their greatest asset, however, is their ability to form a web of tangible ‘stretchy’ energy between their antlers that has the power to function as a kind of super slingshot. This Beagalope model is rearing back playfully, waving his front hooves in the air and yipping with excitement. Dark-Platypus Studio specializes in making models for role-playing game enthusiasts. Our models are designed to be printed in 28mm scale, the perfect size for Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, or other games that are often played on a 1” grid. They are also designed to stand up to actual tabletop use: no ridiculous spindly bits that look awesome but are going to break the first time someone sneezes. Paintability and ease of assembly are also important concerns to our design aesthetic. I sculpted this Beagalope model for use in our Gen Con/Origins Mutant Crawl Classics adventure scenario ‘The Rats of GIM’, but it was after the kickstarter for that module (I decided I wanted one with a more playful pose).
