Bead Roller Adjustment Handle

Bead Roller Adjustment Handle

myminifactory

I designed an add-on for my trusty Eastwood bead roller, enhancing its functionality with a precision-crafted adjustment tool. The top die's pressure application screw requires a 10mm square driver, rendering standard sockets like 1/4 or 3/8" useless. To overcome this limitation, I created a custom solution that replaces the cumbersome crescent wrench, prone to scratching the paint. This innovative tool was designed using TinkerCAD and printed in durable PLA material before being carefully fitted onto the adjustment screw, resulting in seamless operation. Its design versatility allows it to work with various 10mm square drive bolts or screws, although I've only encountered this specific application on my Eastwood bead roller.
