Russia's Republic of Bashkortostan is home to Khaibullinsky District where excavations were conducted in 2007 at Necropolis Perevolochan-1, revealing a wealth of historical information. Kurgan №12 holds significant importance as it contains Burial №1, featuring Skeleton №2 adorned with intricate decorations on the pelvic bones. Measuring 19 mm in length and 14 mm in diameter, a small hole measuring 3 mm is found at its center, crafted from paste that dates back to the Iron Age. This archaeological find has been dated to the IV century BC, marking an early example of the Sarmatian culture's influence in the region.
