A school project created with Miss Tsuji at the Toyo Institute of Art. This is a miniature pendant of a beach sandal, measuring 67*33 mm in size or roughly one-quarter of its actual size. Print Settings Printer: DaVinci 1.0 Rafts: None were used. Supports: Yes, they were employed. Resolution: The nozzle was set at 0.3 mm and the layer thickness at 0.18 mm. Infill: The infill percentage was set to 25%. Notes: A DaVinci 1.0 3D printer from XYZ Printing was used, which had been modified into a RepRap machine. Simplify3D software was utilized for slicing models. The nozzle diameter is 0.3 mm and the layer pitch is 0.18 mm. The head speed is 1600 mm/min. Four layers were printed at the bottom, three on the sides, and five on top. No raft was used, but stick paste made from Tombow and Shiwanashi PIT was applied. Print Time: It took approximately 500 minutes to complete the print job. Assembly Time: An additional 60 minutes were required for shaping and constructing the pendant. Total Material Used: Approximately 11 meters of ABS filament was consumed. Other Components: A stainless steel ball chain measuring 2.4 mm in width and 60 cm in length was also used.
