Beach sand tower 3D model

This 3D model of a beach sand tower includes PBR materials and textures, with a non-overlapping UV layout map provided. Created in Blender 3D 2.79 with Cycles materials, it features quads only geometries, no poles, and is easily customizable due to its UV unwrapped geometry. The model includes formats such as FBX and OBX files, along with a BLEND file containing Cycles materials. It comes with PNG files featuring alpha transparency. With a resolution of 2048x2048, the PBR textures were created using Substance Painter. This model offers real-world dimensions, a uniform scale object with applied scale in Blender 3D, and includes a PBR Multi-Engine Textures Pack for various rendering engines and game engines. Note that the main renderings made in Blender 3D 2.79+Cycles used an HDR Environment Texture Image not included in the package.
