This east coast beach house was created using Sketchup 8 and later exported to multiple formats. Native format remains .skp, with the 3dsmax scene based on 3ds Max 2016 and rendered using Vray 3.00. Built to withstand soft sandy soil conditions, this coastal abode sits atop pilings that extend several feet into cylindrical reinforced concrete pillars reaching deep down to bedrock. Underground connections between these pillars are not shown. Four bedrooms are designated throughout the house; however, the upper loft area can potentially function as a fifth bedroom due to its inclusion of a 3/4 bathroom and walk-in closet. The third level showcases the master suite alongside an open kitchen, living space, and dining area, complete with a small bar accommodating two barstools. Vaulted ceilings are featured in particular areas, such as the bonus room loft or the equivalent bedroom five. On the second floor, bedrooms come equipped with their own private sitting areas along with a screen porch; lookout points are available, featuring seven total staircases. Below the main house area, two carports provide parking, accompanied by storage lockers and a hidden cinder block section that houses the hot water heater.
