Beach Heroes Rubbings for Environmental Science Center - Burien, WA

This is a set of ten three-dimensional printed medallions that showcase Pacific Northwest sea life along the Seattle coast. The objects are used to create rubbings by placing paper or crayon on one side of a thin sheet of paper against them, resulting in an impression of the words and creatures appearing on the paper. This print is suitable for creating classroom tools (both Spanish and English words included) or can be used for a beach field trip. The Portland 3D Printing Lab produced twenty-two sets in various colors and materials as a donation to the Environmental Science Center in Burien, Washington.
