This detailed digital model was first designed using the robust Sketchup 8 software, and subsequently exported into a multitude of other three-dimensional file formats for expanded versatility. As its primary native format, it relies heavily on the .skp extension, which is compatible with numerous CAD platforms. Notably, the associated 3ds Max scene was optimized to run seamlessly within the capabilities of 3ds Max 2016, rendering complex elements with high-fidelity using Vray 3.00 for photorealistic accuracy, especially when depicting architectural details such as sunshades, beaches, terraces, verandas, awnings, tents, fabrics and vinyl materials.
