Beach Cruiser Beer Bottle / Klean Kanteen Cup Holder

I needed a cup holder for my bike that could hold both a Klean Kanteen tumbler and a beer bottle. I designed the first model, "Cupholder One Piece," using only one bolt (M5x16) but had to remove the bike grip to install it. This design wasn't strong due to its layered structure when printed. To improve it, I created a three-piece version with a hinge for easy installation. If you want this stronger design, print "Cupholder Main V2," "Cupholder Bracket V2," and "Cupholder Back Bracket V2." Print the main piece on top and both brackets on their sides. Supports are only needed on the hinge part of the brackets. This will require a few bolts listed below. I used nylock nuts but any nuts should work. The required quantities include: 1 M5x25 (bolt and nut), 1 M5x16 (bolt, nut, and washers), and 1 M5x12 (bolt and nut). To carry a beer bottle, print "Beer Bottle Insert" and simply drop it in.
