This spool-less filament feeder allows your robot to access a coiled filament effortlessly! For optimal performance, purchase a filament that's coiled from the inside out and place it on this device with the inner end facing upwards. As tension builds, the filament will naturally uncoil. The design is inspired by NopHead's hanging basket concept but offers increased portability. However, note that the coil won't support itself after cutting the tie wraps. To prepare your filament, tape a vacuum-sealed bag to create a toroidal shape, cut a hole in the center for feeding, and add a desiccant inside. Then, attach it to an accessory like the Sky Hook or bDaisy design. For assembly, you'll need 8Mx45mm bolts, nuts, washers, two 608 bearings, printed parts, and a laser-cut disc. Refer to the exploded diagram for instructions, and ensure a balanced, sturdy surface is used as the platform. Don't forget to use bDaisy_spin and bDaisy_base components.
