For use with Bert Doppelberg's BD-15 woofer or similar 15-inch driver, a "matrix" type box measuring 497x456x1000 inches in length, width, and height can be crafted from 12 mm birch plywood. A CNC milling machine is highly recommended for this project. To create the desired sound quality, all oval cutouts on the partitions must be filled with loosely rolled foam or sponge wads, as outlined in the instructions found on the forum.
