BCN3D Sigmax Fan Duct

Edit 2020-05-26: V4 printing looking really sharp, a true showstopper! Added bowden clip that's 1mm higher to attach directly to the hot-end, eliminating any play. This tweak could be the result of a design flaw with the hot-end itself. Edit 2020-05-24: Introduced V4, featuring thicker fins for smoother prints and improved rounding to minimize sharp corners, promoting better airflow. Warning: V4 may conflict with windshield wiper blades! I opt out of cloth wipes, instead using extrusion brushes for a thorough clean. Check out this design on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4326236 Non-scientific theory: The feather test reveals that air hits the nozzle's tip, bypassing most of it, and converges to an 8mm wide area. Orientation: Print the spacer as is. Reverse the duct part, with the nozzle side facing up in the air, and the two screw holes flat on the bed – no supports are necessary. Bridge Test: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:421046 Cooling performance may not be significantly improved, but it's certainly not compromised.
