BCN3D Sigma Z-Spacer
thingiverse
To account for the offset between nozzles, enable duplication mode on a BCN3D Sigma with Z spacer. Export at 1 mm height - simply scale it on Z to compensate for your offset, print solid. Run a full calibration unless you've recently done so and execute M503 to read the offsets afterward. 'M530' has the Z offset for the left nozzle to print the spacer with. Up to .1 mm is easier compensated by slightly tightening the nuts and doesn't require a spacer. See BCN3D's wiki on Github for instructions on duplication modes available and how to set up each: https://github.com/BCN3D/BCN3DSigma-Firmware/wiki/Duplicate-and-Mirror-mode-%5Bbeta%5D/1d002e094bdff70cf92a99d6e6a7e390041d9e6c
