A straightforward redesign of BCN3D's impressive large bucket, I opted for ColorFabb XT, which delivered good results but revealed some limitations - it proved to be somewhat flimsy and excessively flexible, causing issues with cloth support stability and increased printer head vibration due to heightened resonance sensitivity. To address these concerns, I introduced four strategically placed bridges that significantly enhanced the structure's integrity. Two of these additions were located at the bottom, while the other two connected the cloth supports more snugly. This subtle modification preserved the design's original requirement for no internal supports. I deliberately limited the number of added bridges to prevent compromising the bucket's discharge volume, which could have resulted from excessive reinforcement. Notably, the STL file size remained substantial due to its origin in a remixed version that was already large (~16mb). The primary cause of this bulkiness lies in the excessively subdivided fillets within the original design, according to my assessment.
