BCN3D Technologies Continues Pioneering Efforts in Making Digital Manufacturing Accessible to All. Introducing the BCN3D Moveo, a Robotic Arm Designed from Scratch by BCN3D Engineers in Collaboration with Catalonia's Education Department. The innovative design is fully printed using additive manufacturing technologies and controlled by Arduino software, with a Marlin-based firmware developed specifically for robot arms with steppers by Zortrax. The BCN3D Moveo features 5 axes and is now fully functional. Born out of an open and educational vision, like all BCN3D Technologies products, the BCN3D Moveo aims to democratize access to digital manufacturing technology. Its files will be available for everyone, courtesy of Github, a platform where users worldwide share their designs. BCN3D Technologies will maintain its commitment to openness by sharing the Moveo's know-how on its Github account, just as it has with all its products. This includes the bill of material (BOM), detailing all necessary components for assembly, CAD designs, and STL files for printing and assembly. Furthermore, Github users will find manuals for fine-tuning and firmware upload in both English and Spanish.
