The perfect time to show your coworkers that you're completely focused is by using a "do not disturb" flag. The issue here is people interrupting because they don't know someone's fully concentrated. So, one way to handle this (not the solution, just a workaround) is to use... Desk Flags. Flag up means "I'm completely focused - don't bother me." Flag down indicates it's okay to chat with you. We printed it using PET-G in our BCN3D Sigma 3D printer without any supports. It consists of four parts and is really easy to put together.
