BC3 Pipe Replacement

I recently broke the pipe inside my Yamaha BC3 breath controller and decided to attempt a repair myself. Unfortunately, I'm still working on a design concept for the modification in SketchUp, where I've encountered some difficulties with accurately depicting a smooth round corner - it's turned out to be more complicated than expected. To circumvent this problem, I may need to proceed without including any curved elements and instead maintain a solid shape, only smoothing it later when gluing. With a steady hand and precision drill work, I aim to complete the fix and successfully cover up the repaired area. If anyone is able to guide me in creating an aesthetically pleasing round corner for my project, I would greatly appreciate their expertise!
