I love hips thruster exercise, but the version on the bench is not very comfortable, so I found a used BC strengh hip thruster pad, much better! The problem is that the BC pad was going back and forth in my original J-cups during movement, making a lot of noise and annoying jerking. As I use monolifts, the J-cups were only used for the installation of the BC pad, so I removed the original UHMPE plastic to replace it with a 3D part designed specifically to accommodate the BC pad. Now there is no noise or jerk during movement! The trick also works with the Kaizen & ABMAT pivot pad, just adapt the 3D part to a normal bar. Fits rogue monster lite J-cups
