This is a conceptual design for a BBs LM 3-piece wheel system. It's not an exact replica, but it comes very close to the actual thing. The finished product will measure 4 inches by 2.5 inches in size. First, rotate the lip of the wheel by exactly 180 degrees. To assemble this wheel into its final form, you'll need either twenty M2x8 screws or a reliable glue system that can hold the pieces together firmly. Printer Settings: The ideal printer for this project is an FLSUN unit. Raft and Support Settings: For optimal results, we recommend printing without any rafts at all. The same goes for supports - they're not necessary in this case. Resolution and Infill Settings: The recommended resolution for the print job is 0.3mm. As for infill density, aim for a setting of 20%.
