I designed custom center caps for my original BBS rims, adding a picture of the 15-inch BBS rim. For successful printing, always print on a flat surface and ensure that supports are only needed for the BBS plate file. To achieve a better fit, I recommend sanding the clips before assembly. In my experience, printing with PETG yields the best results, as it provides a more durable finish than PLA. However, I did attempt to print with PLA, but unfortunately, the brittle material caused the clips to break. It's essential to note that 100% infill is necessary for the clips to function properly. Additionally, the BBS nut and clips must be securely glued together to ensure a snug fit. The sticker placement area measures 66mm in diameter, allowing for flexibility with logo sizes up to 65mm.
